MXit Jumpshots Competition Rules
- MXit has the right to remove any offensive, abusive or risqué content and/or content contrary to the MXit content policy.
- In order to be eligible for a prize, a person needs to be a registered MXit user, registered on the MXit Jumpshots website and upload their photo.
- MXit Lifestyle will not be liable for any copyright infringements.
Photo submission requirements – the photo must:
- Be an original photo
- Be submitted online (see paragraph 3 above) in the format required by www.mxitjumpshots.com
- Not infringe any third party’s rights, including but not limited to copyright trademark, right of publicity, or right to privacy.
- Be suitable for display and performance in a public venue and not contain any content or performance that is sexually explicit, offensive, illegal, pornographic, and offensive to a certain race, ethnicity, religion, sexual orientation or socioeconomic group or that is in bad taste or is otherwise objectionable to MXit.
- Not contain any commercial content that promotes any product or service or contain or reference any third party names, logos, service marks, trade names or trade dress.
- Not be submitted eligible minors without first obtaining consent to enter from a legal guardian.
- MXit does not assume any responsibility or liability for any injury, loss or damage to a participant’s or to any other person’s property or person which may be related or result from any attempt to shoot the photo and participate in the Competition.
